In an effort to address declining enrollments in four of its five schools, The Jewish Theological Seminary contacted Paskill Stapleton & Lord to conduct an Admissions and Marketing Assessment. Through the course of the project, recruiting and marketing activities in each of the five schools were reviewed, and recommendations were crafted to allow for more effective marketing of the institution, and more enhanced recruiting programs for various audiences.

Upon completion of the assessment, Paskill Stapleton & Lord worked with JTS to create a comprehensive recruiting program that efficiently and effectively manages the prospective student pools, ultimately raising awareness of the institution, and building enrollments. The first step was to implement an academic sales management model to strengthen the recruiting process in the undergraduate, graduate and professional schools. With ongoing counsel from PS&L and consultant Dana Evans, JTS is now working to create communication flows, enhance its web site, develop advertising, identify inquiries, continue staff development and coordinate recruitment among the five schools to better utilize the institution's time and resources.
